On April 17, Yao Zuwang, the manager of quality control department, organized the employees in the department to have a 1-day training of thermal resistor testing for industrial use in the meeting room on second floor. After the training, employees vied to express their benefit from learning and expressed their wish for future training.

It’s said since 2011, when the training plan was set by the factory, multiple employee trainings have been held, stirring up employees’ learning enthusiasm.
