On the afternoon of December 31, 2011, Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory held the 2011 annual summarization and commendation conference of the factory, which was hosted by Wu Ben, the general manager, with Wu Xinghua, the board director, Dai Zuchen, the party branch secretary, and Huang Jianping, the chairman of workers’ union present.

  On the conference, the general manager, the secretary of party branch and the chairman of workers’ union gave their speech respectively. The board director made an overall analysis and planning of the achievements and problems of 2011 as well as the targets of 2012, which encouraged everyone and make their target clear and specified.

  Afterwards, the advanced workers were praised, including 2 advanced groups, 5 production models, 26 advanced individuals, 3 excellent reporters, each receiving bonus and rewards.

  In the end, performers gave their excellent programs, including cantata, group dances and three and a half sentences. The three and a half sentences performed by quality control department talk about our factory rang the strings of everyone’s heart, which received applaud and laughter, forwarding the party to climax.

  In the noon of Jan. 1, 2012, Huadong instrument held a new year lunch for employees, to express leaders’ thanks to all staff members’ hard work, and welcome the upcoming year 2012, and to see off the employees coming back home. Lucky draw was also held in the party.
