On the afternoon of June 18, our factory conducted the 2012 annual employee conference, which was hosted by general manager, Wu Ben. The board director gave an important speech on how should we maintain our normal production and enterprise development as well as the fundamental qualities for every employee under the background of 2012 European debt crisis. He also explained the issues including the increasing domestic production cost, labor cost, raw material cost, capital cost and transportation cost, which posed difficulties to the factory development.

The general manager, Wu Ben, gave an important speech, combining the practical situation of factory, including product quality issue, the delayed supply of raw material, delayed delivery of sale department and personnel allocation issue, and pointed out the focus of our future work.

At last, Dai Zuchen, the party branch secretary, and Huang Jiangping, the workers’ union’s chairman gave a speech respectively, pointing the improvement direction for all of us.
