In this March, full of spring vigor, we welcomed another March 8 international women’s day. To represent enterprise’s management concept of “human-oriented” and create a festival atmosphere, to have female workers full of spirit and enthusiasm, our factory organized an outing activity to celebrate this special day.

  On the morning of 3.8, all female employees under the guidance of worker union president and chairman of female worker committee went to their destination. The journey was full of sunshine and warm wind. Female workers enjoyed themselves in the beautiful spring. In groups, they played and chatted, taking photos of this precious moment and having snacks, with laughter all along.

  This activity gave female workers a meaningful March 8 women’s day. It not only exercised their bodies but also added to the festival atmosphere. At the same time, worker union president prepared a delicate gift for each female worker, which represented the care for all female employees.
