Wu Xinghua, the board chairman, set up the convention of holding farewell party for leaving members. Any employees with over 2 –year working age and contribution to the factory will be given farewell party after the normal resignation procedure. On the afternoon of April 19, in the meeting room on second floor, a simple yet warm farewell party for leaving members was held for Ni Xianhui of supply and sale division. From 2007, Ni had been the office secretary to sale department for 6 years. Being pregnant, she decided to resign to devote to the upcoming baby. Since leaders were on business trip, the party was held by Dai Zuchen, the secretary of party branch. Dai praised Ni’s work and pointed out, as the secretary of communist youth league, Ni had been enterprising and zealous, leading the league branch to receive lots of honors and achievements. Though she was a little short-tempered, she was for the business and work. Dai wished she could be more careful in later career. Huang Jianping, the chairman of workers’ union, gave his wishes to Ni that she would give a healthy baby. All the colleagues expressed their wishes to Ni. Ni gave her thanks to the care from leaders and colleagues, as well as her reluctance to leave her position. She thanked again for holding this party for her.
