  On the morning of June 21, 2013 Shifan Street Production Safety Knowledge Contest was held in the multifunction hall on the fifth floor of Huadong factory building by Shifan Street Safety Supervision and Regulation Office. The participants came from Xingda Electric Cable factory, Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory, Yueshen Electric, Xinzhaoyang Electric and Zirui electric, including 15 players from 5 teams. The contest consisted of required questions, optional questions and player questioning each other. All teams showed their high level of knowledge in the contest with their accurate and quick answering. Especially in each link, they expressed their enthusiasm, which made the process fun and intense, with unceasing applaud and laughter. From players’ confident answers, it’s easy to tell their well preparation. After 3 rounds, Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory finally won the first prize, Xinzhaoyang the second prize and Xinda Electric the third. Huang Shuxian, the chairman of Shifan Street and Director Huang of Safety and Supervision Office gave certificates to the winners.

  June is the safe production month. Through this contest, we further mastered the importance of safe production, which are always our eternal theme and the basis for existence and development. It has close relation to enterprise development, economic profit and stability. Safety always comes first and prevention is the most important part with integrated management. Safety is close to our daily life and is a long term task for enterprise sustainable development. We all have responsibility and duty to make sure of safe production.
