In order to express factory leaders’ deep concern to employees, on the afternoon of Jan. Wu Ben, the factory director, Dai Zuchen, the vice president, and Huang Jianping, the worker union chairman, led other factory members to visit Wu Aixiang and Chai Zhijuan, 2 employees in difficulty before the New Year with their sincere greeting. Leaders learned about his working and living conditions, and encouraged them to have confidence and use their diligence to overcome difficulties and establish a better life.
