HYPGJ-01A Tube-surface Polishing Machine is one of the surface efficient bright, anticorrosive treatment machine in our factory. It filled the tube-surface polishing space. It apply to temperature instrument, meter tube manufacture enterprise. It is used in surface polishing of industrial thermocouple, RTD stainless steel, high temperature steel, civil decoration tube and other metal tubes.

  1.Wide range of application. Completely satisfy the thermocouple and RTD manufacturers to polishing all the protective tubes and civil decoration tubes.

  2.Good polishing ability, high efficient production, Buffing wheel is using Zhejiang University's patented product PVA, do not need polishing agent. It's near 30 times higher efficient production than old Bren polisher. Old Bren polisher can not polish serious oxide layer. This machine can do this job. The buffing wheel has long working life. It still can be used when the diameter is 120mm.

  3.Simple operation, less pollution: Once the pipe is inserted into the polishing machine will automatically feed polishing. Polishing process is sealed and a vacuum cleaner will draws dust into the dust  bag, to ensure that the environment is not contaminated.

  4.After polishing the tube will be automatic back-out.This speed of back-out can be adjust.
