HYLSJ-2-8A cold juction locking machine is the patented clamping device developed by our factory ,it is used for thermocouple thermal resistance, hot runner electrical  heater and a variety of nozzle, hexagonal tube head forming,riveting                        .

It uses the cylinder as the power source, the output power is strong and  stable, can accurately control the stroke and pressure, to ensure the best locking effect, is the ideal cold end locking device for the thermocouple and electric heater manufacturers

 This product has won the national patent, patent number is : ZL 2014 2 0210944.7, it has the following characteristics:

 We also offer HYLSJ-2-8B, which uses a hydraulic cylinder as the power source. Compared with the HYLSJ-2-8A, the output power is more powerful and stable, and the maximum pressure is up to 7MPa. Can easily compact to the cold end which wall thickness is thicker,  and to ensure that other parts intact. Its wider scope of application can be compacted up to maximum Φ30mm cold end, more precise control of the stroke and pressure to ensure the best locking effect, is the is ideal Cold end locking device for thermocouple heat resistance and electric heater manufacturers. Compared with the HYLSJ-2-8A type, in addition to the performance characteristics of the former, it is very quiet and no noise when using , environmental protection and safety.
