Multi-point armored thermocouples and thermal resistance is a temperature measurement instrument designed for chemical fertilizer industry. It is used to measure the temperature in different depth of synthetic tower and reaction tank, when the diameter is below φ5 and the maximum depth over 30 m. When using this product , users must prepare outside protection tube, otherwise can only use it to measure atmospheric pressure and non-corrosive media. It has the following characteristics:
1) The use of straight thread, tapered pipe thread or flange and other various forms of fixed device,can be used or installed in a variety of domestic or imported equipment
2) The junction box type has a variety of options, can be reliable operated in general occasions (general waterproof box), explosive atmosphere (explosion-proof junction box) or corrosive environment (stainless steel flameproof box).
3) The use of armored measuring components, pressure seismic, stable and reliable.
4) The armored measuring element and the junction box can prevent the measurement of media intrusion blocking structure once the protection tube has been damaged,
5) It has a variety of explosion-proof grade products in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standards, (such as Ex d Ⅱ BT1 ~ T5, Ex d Ⅱ CT1 ~ T6, etc.) can be applied to different levels of explosion-proof occasions.

2) measurement of the end of the form: insulation and shell type, shell type should not be used for explosion-proof products.
3) insulation resistance: thermocouple insulation resistance at room temperature more than 1000M Omega, high temperature insulation resistance than 5M ohm platinum resistance at room temperature, the insulation resistance is greater than or equal to 100M.
4) explosion proof thermocouple and thermal resistance of the highest level of protection: IP65.
