Outer and inner cartridge heater with cross section diameter of 2.0 is made of quality stainless steel, German heating wire, American high-purity magnesium oxide and strict technology, manufactured by automatic devices with independent intangible intellectual property rights. It could be used in the temperature as high as 650°C.
It adopts two-end intense wound or whole body wound form and two-end double-tube outlet wire with ceramic joints. Its has fine electric contact and resistance. It has copper inner cartridge and stainless steel outer cartridge. The heater is embedded in cartridge fixed by screws. It has the traits of fast heating, temperature uniformity, high thermal inertia. With its compact structure, it can be easily installed onto the hot sprue (sprue brush or nozzle).
