Yueqing City’s 1^st “golden goblet” private enterprise sports meeting was held in September 9, hearing the news, our employees were very excited, and cannot wait to participate. The company board director and manager also showed their strong support. The manager and workers’ union secretary co-organized the registration of the sports meeting. A trial was held in the factory and the elites were sent to the sports meeting. Since work was heavy in the workshop, in order not to influence production, sportsmen sacrificed their spare time for the exercise. Seeing their enthusiasm, the board director encouraged: citizens’ exercise is the ultimate aim of sports meeting so it doesn’t matter whether the medals are won or not. The participation is the utmost business. Other employees volunteered to cheer for the sportsmen and helped them with their workload. Due to director’s support, employees took part in all spots items and ping pong player even ranked 12^th. We received satisfying results.
