Details decide the brand and efficiency can only be made through harmony. On Nov. 7, the metal processing, electric heating and argon arc welding workshops of Yueqing Instrument and Meter Factory held a skill contest, which consisted of theory and practice parts. All the participants showed their skills actively, fully reflecting their competence. Through this contest, employees realized that there were some defects and shortcomings in their skill structure, which could be improved. At the end, they expressed their wish for more competition like this, which both inspires employees’ enthusiasm and raise the working efficiency.
