On Dec. 4, Shifan town party committee non-state-owned enterprises’ party branch secretaries’ second stage deep learning of scientific outlook on development was held in our factory. On the conference, combining the enterprise’s economic work, the secretaries and representatives from each enterprise party branch reported the working situation of their learning of scientific outlook on development. Our factory board director Wu Xinghua and party branch secretary, Dai Zuchen made their working speech on the learning of scientific outlook on development. Meanwhile, town party committee hoped the enterprise party committee combines their practical situation with the deep learning of scientific outlook on development, to promote enterprise development.
