A new year begins with everything fresh and new. The annual summarization conference was held on the afternoon of Jan. 23.

  General manger Wu Ben made the 2009 summarization speech of the factory work. Looking back, in 2009, due to the influence of 2008 financial crisis, many enterprises were under influence and we were no exception. Luckily, broad director Wu Xinghua made strategy adjustment in time, putting forward the special purpose devices for the production of processing equipment and thermal couple (resistor) and developing a series of new devices. These actions kept our volume stable and basically level to that before crisis.

  Arty branch secretary Dai Zuchen and workers’ union chairman Huang Jianping made work summarization speech respectively, awarding models and advanced individuals and groups. Employee representative Liu Hongwei and advanced worker representative Zhou Jun gave reception speech, expressing their thanks to leaders for their support and care. Their plain words were sincere and honest.

  At last, board director Wu Xinghua made an important speech, forecasting 2010’s bright future and putting forward 7 demands from employees. He emphasized in product development, breakthrough must be made, especially that the digital thermometers must be able to be made in batch processing. 

  Some processing machine, especially glazing machine must be promoted to market. Since it has a large market proportion, we should sieve this chance.

  The brand factory in Jiangxi is going into operation soon after spring festival, where glazing machine will be produced. With extra factory and a team of hard working employees, I believe in 2010, we will double and production and increase our output by a large margin.
