From 21 to 23 November, the 1^st china instrument’s and meter’s functional material industry development and standardization high level seminar was held in Tianchang, Anhui. Wu Xinghua, the board director and Wu Ben the factory director were invited. On the conference, participants expressed their special opinions, exchanging ideas.
