Outer and inner cartridge heater with square, round or flat shaped cross section is made of quality stainless steel, German heating wire, American high-purity magnesium oxide and strict technology, manufactured by automatic devices with independent intangible intellectual property rights. It could be used in the temperature as high as 650°C.
K, J or E type temperature control thermal couples can be built in the heater according to customers’ needs. Integrated thermal couples can ensure accurate temperature control.
It adopts two-end intense wound or whole body wound form. It uses PTFE insulated conductor. The heater is embedded in cartridge with whole body welded. It has the traits of fast heating, temperature uniformity, high thermal inertia. With its compact structure, it can be easily installed onto the hot sprue (sprue brush or nozzle).
