Electric heater with round or flat shaped cross section is made of high-quality stainless steel,German heating wire,American high-purity magnesium oxide and strict technology, manufactured by automatic devices with independent intangible intellectual property rights. It could be used in the temperature as high as 650°C.

According to user requirements built-in K, J or E type thermocouple temperature control, integrated thermocouple to ensure accurate temperature control. The use of high-strength imported protective casing of the heater leads to be effective protection, the maximum temperature of up to 250 ℃ casing, pressure up to 2.5kV.

The product is irregularly wound, sleeve surface can be any shape slot, the heater heating length can be arbitrarily chosen, PTFE insulated wire, sleeve material is copper, the sleeve has a fixed threaded hole, easy to install. The heater and the thermocouple are embedded in the sleeve with helical groove in the surface and are wound by the whole. It has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature and large thermal inertia. It is compact and can be easily installed in hot nozzle.
