Electric heater with round or flat shaped cross section is made of high-quality stainless steel,German heating wire,American high-purity magnesium oxide and strict technology, manufactured by automatic devices with independent intangible intellectual property rights. It could be used in the temperature as high as 650°C.


This product uses both ends of the tightly wound way, the heater heating length can be arbitrarily chosen, PTFE insulated wire, sleeve material is copper, the sleeve has a fixed screw hole, easy to install. The heater is embedded in the sleeve with spiral groove on the surface and is wound by the whole. It has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature and large thermal inertia. It is compact and can be easily installed in hot nozzle or nozzle.
