Ф2.0 Double helical embedded sleeve electric heater with round or flat shaped cross section is made of high-quality stainless steel,German heating wire,American high-purity magnesium oxide and strict technology, manufactured by automatic devices with independent intangible intellectual property rights. It could be used in the temperature as high as 650°C.


And K,J or E type temperature control thermocouple can be built in the heater according to customer’s needs.


This product is used in both ends of the close-around form, widely used in the plastics industry.It uses double-ended double-headed outlet, double helix two close around the heater,heating length can be arbitrarily chosen, PTFE insulated wire, sleeve material for copper, The barrel has a fixed threaded hole for easy installation. The heater and the thermocouple are embedded in the sleeve with helical groove in the surface and are wound by the whole. It has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature and large thermal inertia. It is compact and can be easily installed in hot nozzle Or a nozzle.
