K, J or E type temperature control thermocouples can be built in the heater according to customers’ needs. Integrated thermocouples can ensure accurate temperature control. It adopts high intensity protective tube to protect heater’s outlet wire. The tube can bear temperature as high as 180°C and voltage as high as 2.5kV.

It adopts two-end intense form and users can adjust the length of heating part. It uses PTFE insulated conductor and copper cartridge with screw hole for fixing, which makes it easy to install. The heater is embedded in cartridge with screw hole and the whole piece is wound. It has the traits of fast heating, high thermal inertia. With its compact structure, it can be easily installed onto the hot sprue (sprue brush or nozzle).
