On the afternoon of Nov. 30, a speech contest with the theme of “Development of Harmonious Employment Relationship and Promotion of Peaceful construction of Yueqing city” was held in the management center’s meeting room of municipal government building. Zhuo Fuqiong, as the representative of our factory workers’ union, took part in the contest.

The contest had 27 participants. After over 4 hours’ speech contest, 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 7 excellent prizes were elected. Our factory received the excellent prize.

  To build a harmonious atmosphere and set up brand new talent management concept has always been the aim of our Huadong Instrument and Meter Factory. Through this activity, all employees became more determined that under the support of leaders and with the party’s   promotion of harmonious employment relationship, we will walk to a brighter future hand in hand.
