Time flies. With the blink of eyes, 2010 is going to be past and 2011 is around the corner.

  The annual summarization and commendation conference was held according the plan on the afternoon of Dec. 31.

  The conference was hosted by general manager, Wu Ben, consisting of 10 agenda items. The process was full of laughter and New Year atmosphere.

  First, manager Wu made a summarization of 2010 administrative work and an overall deployment of 2011 work. He also promised the increase of employees’ salary and bonus. Dai Zuchen, the secretary of party branch and Huang Jianping, the chairman of workers’ union made speech respectively. Advanced models, innovation models, factory’s and workshop’s advanced individuals and groups were prized accordingly. Liu Hongwei, an employee representative, Liu Siping, a representative of advanced individuals, Yao Zuwang, the representative of advanced groups made their reception speech respectively. Their words, though without rhetoric, were strong and determined, honest and sincere, winning applaud from audience. In the end, Wu Xinghua, the board director, summarized the production and sale of 2010. Against the relatively poor environment, the volume still came close to the original target. He wished in the upcoming 2011, the sale volume will witness an increase of 10-15% and promised to employees that their salary will be increased by 15-20 in the new year.

  In the new year celebration party, all staff member of thermal heating workshop gave a cantata of we workers have strength, starting the party. The atmosphere was everywhere with exciting speeches, charming poem reading and elegant dancing, which showed another facet of employees’ life. The board director sang a song named Keep Our Roots, touching and pleasing to the ears, receiving unceasing applauds. Each employee fared well to 2010 and welcomed the new year with brand new outlook.

  When the labor market was slack, under the support of our leaders and staff members, we have achieved the hiring signing rate of 95%. We believe, under such great situation and with the expanding of production scale, we will overcome any unfavorable elements hand in hand.
