Time flies. With the blink of eyes, the busy 2015 has passed. 2016 with its promising future is walking towards us. A new year always gives birth to new targets and hopes. On Jan. 24, 2016, all the staff member of the factory got together in the conference room on the fifth floor of the factory building, in order to sum up the achievements and defects of the last year and formulate direction and targets of the next year.

  The 2015 annual conference consists of 4 parts:

The first part: Wu Ben, the factory director and Yao Youfeng, the party branch secretory, summed up the 2015 work and deployed the plan for 2016. Wu in the “2015 Working Summary Report” pointed: In 2015, under the unfavorable industry environment, we have achieved relatively fine results, which was the outcome of all employees’ hard work. However, there were also some defects in our 2015 work. So we must keep our hard working spirit to make consistent program, tackle challenges and difficulties, in order to make better results. In the coming New Year, we shall accelerate the market expanding speed and complete the team construction, improve our comprehensive quality and skills and promote the internal management system.

The second part: 2015 excellent group and individual prizes were handed out to honor the outstanding employees and groups in every position for their hard work in 2015.

The third step: Employee Celebration Party

Each department had prepared their fabulous programs. Li Yonghui, a worker of armoring department, has a good voice. His performance of “A love song is pleasing to the ears yet hard to perform”, a famous Internet song received applaud from audience. Zhou Xinde, the head of production department sang a nice song to his playing of guitar, which stuns all the audience. Zheng Jianfen, the representative of female workers, led 10 other female workers to give a wonderful dance show, which included slow waltz, cha-cha free dance and many other styles. The relaxed and active atmosphere enhanced the unity and friendship among all staff members.

The fourth step: Annual Conference’s Party Lunch and Lucky Draw

At 11:30, the celebration party ended and all employees were free to enjoy a delicate party lunch held in the lobby of factory canteen. On the lunch, there were also luck draw activities with numerous special, first, second and third prizes. The prizes were much richer than the last year.

The 2015 annual conference came to an end in laughter and smile, among people’s cheers and bless.
